A smart, wifi-enabled automatic espresso machine, Arist is the personal barista who knows your taste, your coffee drinking habits, and your preferences, sitting right on the countertop of your home. Designed with a simple interface, smartphone users can customise the perfect cup of coffee. It allows users to browse through endless coffee recipes and coffee beans, and check the status with a quick glance at your app.

The Arist coffee recipe platform integrated with the app gives the users quick access to thousands of recipes. Search for related recipes of a specific coffee bean by region or by baristas. Discover and download recipes from around the world and brew the coffee with a simple tap of the button to enjoy exotic coffees right at home. Each coffee recipe includes a brief description of the cuppa, recommended beans, and a level chart of the five basic characteristics: aromatic, flavour, body, acidity and sweetness, helping users find their favourite coffee at a glance.

To brew a cup of coffee, simply select a recipe from your saved recipe, and start brewing with a single tap! Users can also fine tune the details at the interactive adjustment bar menu to modify the size of the coffee, foam level, as well as milk temperature. The Arist app is also designed to analyse and to remember user preferences, making smart recommendations tailored for tasting accordingly to local weather and different times throughout the day.

When connected to the Arist, the smartphone app displays real-time status of the coffee maker, showing the remaining amount of beans and water volume in simple graphics.
